But, why are breakfasts so important?
Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. It helps to accelerate metabolism in your body and thus, helps you burn more calories throughout the day. So, if you are eating breakfast, you are losing weight. How cool is that? 😲😉
It also energizes your body. After breaking long fast (During your sleep), it gives you a burst of energy which can carry you in the morning and helps you perform physical activities such as Gym, exercise, etc.

These recipes are also some of my life-saving quick and easy breakfast when I am running late for college.
But, the easiness of the recipe cant come without cleaning-difficulties. So, for each recipe I mention, I am gonna rate the cleaning difficulty on 5. The higher the rating, the difficult the after-cleaning process. 😉😋😆

Cup oats are an easy breakfast recipe that is packed with vitamin (Specially B-Complex), Minerals like Iron, Magnesium, zinc, and antioxidants. It is also recommended to eat during the morning as it keeps you full for a longer time.
Cook-Time: 4-5 Minutes
Ingredients: Oats (Rolled or Quick), Milk (Any Type), Any Add-ons fruits or Nuts, etc. (Optional)
Recipe: First, put Milk of your choice in a milk-pot for boiling. Put one small cup of oats in a big cup. Chop some fruits or nuts you want to add (Optional). After the milk is boiled, pour the milk into a cup with oats and cover it for 2 minutes. Then, open the cover and add your fruits or nuts. Your Cup-oats breakfast is Ready 😁

Scrambled mixed Omelette
Eggs are one of the most popular breakfasts around the world. Eggs are inexpensive and are full of high-quality protein (Mostly in Egg-Whites) and vitamin (especially Vitamin B12). But, this Scrambled Mixed Omelette recipe contains the goodness of eggs along with nutritions from add-ons vegetables.
Cooking time: 6-7 minutes
Ingredients: 2 Eggs, Cooking oil, Add-ons vegetable (Like Carrot, Capsicum, Onions, Tomato, etc), Salt (As per your taste)
Recipe: First heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and crack the 2 eggs directly into the pan. Then, immediately add finely chopped add-on vegetables of your choice and cook it in medium-low flame. At last, add some salt as per your taste in the end. Your Scrambled mixed egg is ready. 👌😋

It is an easy and refreshing recipe. Having curd has some wonderful benefits. Curd is a probiotic dairy that is good for your gut health and promotes digestion. It also helps to make your skin healthy, glowing, and also may prevent vital organ infection. And, adding fruit to it adds the goodness and nutrients of fruit making it ‘icing on the cake’.
Preparing time: 3-4 minutes
Ingredients: 1 cup Curd, fruits of your choice (Apple, banana, etc.), Ice cubes and Sugar (Optional)
Recipe: Add chopped fruits in a blender/mixture and then add 1 cup of curd. If you want to make it even sweet, you can add sugar as per your taste. Then add ice if you want to drink it chilled. Then, run the mixture/blender until everything is smooth. Your Fruit and Curd Smoothie is ready.

Peanut butter is one of the healthiest nut butter packed with Vitamin E. It also contains essential fats and minerals like magnesium, potassium. Peanut butter- Banana is an overnight recipe that you can store it in the fridge the night before you eat it and have a Hassle-free morning.
Preparation time: 1 Minute
Ingredients: 2 Bananas, Peanut Butter (Preferably Homemade, with less amount of added sugar and less processed)
Recipe: Cut the bananas into medium pieces and coat a layer of Peanut butter in each of the banana. Then, leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients: Gram flour, cooking oil, vegetables, and add-ons (Onion, Garlic, and Green Chillies), Turmeric, Salt.
Recipe: Add gram flour in a bowl and make its batter using water. Then, add finely chopped Onion, Garlic, and Green chilies (According to your likings). Also, add Turmeric and salt (As per your taste)Then, heat a pan and add 1/2 tablespoon of Cooking oil. Pour the batter on the pan and cook it on the medium-low flame on both sides until its golden brown.
